What happens if I forget my Password & how do I reset my Password?

To reset your password, go to the My Accounts page and click on the link to reset your password. A link will be sent to your email that will enable you to create a new password.

How do I change or edit my account information?

To edit your account information, go to the My Accounts page.

For change of name and password, select the Account Details option. For change of shipping and billing addresses , select the Addresses option

What happens when I request a quote?

Add products to your quote the same way you would add them to your basket to purchase. When you have added all the items you would like, click the “View Your Quote & Submit” link, add your details and submit the form On receipt of your quote form, we will verify the availability, price and best freight options for your order and send you a quote by email.

The emailed quote will provide an option to decline or accept and pay for the order. Once payment is received we will ship your order.

You can at any time review your quote status in the “My Account” page

Delivery

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to anywhere in Australia. However freight costs vary depending on your area/postcode and the size of your order.

You can obtain a price for your delivery simply by adding your item/s to your shopping cart, entering your delivery postcode and selecting “Calculate Delivery”.

For some orders we may need to provide a customised quote.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary, depending on whether the order is going to a metro or regional address. Prices are also dependent on what the order consists of.

You can obtain a price for your delivery simply by adding your item/s to your shopping cart, entering your delivery postcode and selecting “Calculate Delivery”.

Some orders may require a quote to establish the freight costs, particularly if you are in Regional Australia. In this case you will need to click Submit Quote and we will get a quote to you as soon as possible.

Do you deliver to residential addresses?

As part of the Check Out process, you will be asked if your address is residential. This is because some freight carriers will only delivery to commercial properties. Asking the question, enables us to determine the best courier for your address.

What happens if I am not home/available at the time of delivery?

During the checkout process, you will be asked if there is a safe place to leave your delivery if you are not at home. Some freight companies charge for re-delivery and Mini Care Mates will pass on this charge should the situation arise.

What are your delivery schedules?

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. (No deliveries on public holidays).

Samples & Minipacks are despatched from our Perth office, please allow 2- 5 business days for despatch.  City Delivery – 2 days  & Regional Delivery – 5 – 10 days.

Cartons & Hospitality Supplies are despatched from our Melbourne office, please allow 2-5 business days for despatch.  City Delivery – 2 days  & Regional Delivery – 5 – 10 days.

About Mini Care Mates

How long have you been in business?

Mini Care Mates guest amenities business officially began in 2013, from humble beginnings.

In 2007, I was struggling to find quality, travel sized products for trips away and decided that the only way forward was to source and create my own toiletry packs and so Mini Travel Mates, my travel accessory business, was born.

The business expanded quickly and as demand for the toiletry packs started to come in from the health, charities, hospitality and corporate industries, I decided that this was no longer just about travel, so I re-branded the company and relaunched as Mini Care Mates in 2013.

Ordering & Orders

Can only Accommodation facilities order products from your site?

Not at all! At Mini Care Mates, we supply a range of clients requiring our products. Our clientele includes, but is not limited to, the accommodation/hospitality industry, hospitals, event organisers & charities.

Can I customise my order?

Some toiletry packs can be customised, please call us to discuss your requirements.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days, depending on availability of products.

Please be aware that mini packs and toiletry packs might take longer to process, depending on stock availability. Samples and Mini Packs are dispatched via the Perth Office, whereas carton orders go out via the Melbourne warehouse.

Can I see product samples before I buy?

Samples of most of our toiletry ranges are available for purchase so that you can try before you buy. Unfortunately, samples of other items are not normally available.

Is it safe and secure to purchase on-line with my credit card?

Yes, site security is a top priority at Mini Care Mates. Our website is certified to ensure that all your information is secure and private. We have an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate from Rapid SSL which provides online security to secure online transactions.

Mini Care Mates utilises the Stripe merchant facility. Stripe is a safe and secure third party facility used specifically for the processing of credit card payments. We are not a party to this information. (Please see our Privacy Policy for more information).

What if my order is wrong or damaged?

Great care is taken to ensure your items arrive in good condition, however, if an item arrives damaged please call us on 1300 345 879 within 48 hours of the delivery.

Can I add to, change or cancel an order once it has been placed?

No, once an order has been placed and items have been paid for online, you can not make any amendments through the online shop. If you need to contact us regarding an order you have just placed, phone 1300 345 879 or email [email protected] straight away referencing your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the order.
