Delivery Costs
You can obtain a price for your delivery and select your delivery method simply by adding your item/s to your shopping cart, entering your delivery postcode and selecting “Calculate Delivery”.
Some items require a quote to establish the freight costs, for these items please submit a quote.
Redelivery Costs
Please ensure all address details are correct. Our couriers will attempt to make contact with you if there are any concerns with your delivery.
Redelivery charges will apply –
- Incorrectly addressed items which require re-direction.
- Incorrectly Addressed items returned to Mini Care Mates will incur a Return to Sender fee in addition to a re-delivery fee to correct address.
Damaged Items
Great care is taken to ensure your items arrive in good condition, however, if an item arrives damaged please call us on 1300 345 879 within 48 hours of the delivery.
Mini Care Mate uses reputable carriers to deliver its products, however from time to time delays may be experienced which are out of our control.
We are unable to accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and are unable to refund /cancel orders as a consequence.
